He searched vocabulary words and hit the jackpot! Billie found thousands of words in context. He hit print and tried to pass them off to his teacher. They were refused. Thus, the Billie Law.


Billie Law: Extra credit vocabulary cannot come off a computer. The words must be found on paper, wood, stone, or some other printing surface.
