Forms Toolbar

We are concerned with only the first three icons and the last icon

The first three icons on the left are for entering form fields. The padlock icon locks the form for use.

Forms Toolbar Icon Descriptions

This icon creates a text field. Users of the form can write a text entry of any length
This icon creates a check box. Users can select one or more check boxes. When a box is selected it is filled with an X
This icon creates a drop-down menu. Users can chose one answer from a multiple-choice. Developers edit this field by first adding it to the form and then double-clicking on the gray box that appears. Double-clicking on the gray box will open the edit window for adding menu items
This icon locks and unlocks the form. Edit the form unlocked. Lock the form to fill it out. Lock the form before saving it to make it functional.

     Forms have great functionality. They can be used to create quizzes, gather student information, and make applications and questionnaires interactive online.
