Online course developer and instructor: Under contract with SSU, I wrote and taught three online courses. Each course is 8-weeks long and available to any California teacher through the SSU Department of Extended Education; course credits earned go toward Educational Technology Certification

Courses were developed using FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Flash. I uploaded and maintained the courses on the University's WebCT server. 

• Internet in the K-12 Classroom This was my first online course. I continued to modify and improve it based on student feedback, and the final reviews were positive.
• Integrating Technology into Elementary Language Arts and Social Sciences This was a collaborative effort between me an a team of teacher/course developers; I wrote Weeks 1 - 4, and the other members wrote Weeks 5 - 8
• Integrating Technology into Secondary Language Arts and Social Sciences. This was my most ambitious project and it involved writing three training tracks into one course. Participants study mutual content for four weeks, then branch into specific studies of Process Writing, Digital Storytelling, and WebQuests. It is an 8-week course like the rest, but contains 15 weeks of content and a Technology Sidebar Lesson supplement of 24 How-To instruction manuals on technical issues

Teleconference Coordinator: I worked in the field with a mobile Tandberg Teleconferencing Camera, visiting schools, setting up connections, and directing conferences between student teachers and their master teachers located back the the Sonoma Campus
