Assignment:

Find and view two or more online case study videos. Write up a review on your favorite one. In roughly 300 to 500 words cover the points listed below under Review Elements.

 

Write review with WORD and use some of the advanced features we learned in class. Suggestions: Cover page; illustrations; clip art; tables; various fonts, font sizes, font colors; intra- and inter- hyperlinks; voice-over; table of contents; special characters, and so on

 

Upload WORD document to Blackboard (HOPEFULLY) and back it up elsewhere -web-storage, email attachment, Flash drive

 

In Blackboard (HOPEFULLY), open and view two peer Case Study Reviews by other EDU551 students and write two responses in Blackboard (HOPEFULLY)

REVIEW ELEMENTS:

  • Heading: Your name, course name, date
  • Title of the Case Study
  • Give the URL (web address)
  • Give the location of the school, grade level, subject, other specifics
  • Summarize the lesson being taught in a paragraph. Give enough detail that readers can tell what is being taught, how it is being taught, and how it is being assessed
  • Discuss your opinions on the case study. Did you find it useful? Did you find flaws? What elements might you adopt?
  • Rate the case study 1 - 5 with 1 being terrible, 5 being excellent (pick a symbol [Alt+Number Pad numbers] or graphic for your rating scale: ♫ ☼♪♂♀♦♣♥♠☺☻)
