| A completed application form that can be download HERE in PDF to be printed and filled out by hand and signed | |||||
| Two letters of recommendation | |||||
| At least unofficial transcripts, which can be obtained from BUSD D.O. (You will eventually need official transcripts, but they are not necessary for enrollment. You may as well begin that process by contacting your former college) | |||||
A check for $50 made out to Touro University Upon sending in your application, you MUST contact me to arrange a needed interview that includes a "Decision Sheet" approving your eligibility. That approval must reach Touro for acceptance processing by the DEADLINE.
